Lower Academy classes consist of all of our combo classes for Kindergarten through 2nd grade dancers. These classes allow dancers to receive an introduction to multiple styles in one hour long class. Class placement is detern1ined by grade and experience level. Students enrolling in level II or III should have previous dance experience.
Hop and Roll - Levels I and II
Age appropriate introductory Hip Hop and Tumbling combo class. Students will spend 30 mins learning each style.
Students in Hop and Roll II should have previous tumbling and dance experience.
Combo - Levels I, II and III
Two different styles combine for this class for dancers ages K-2nd grade. Students in Combo I could be brand new to dance or have completed our Pre Combo program. Students in Combo II and III should have previous tap/ballet experience.
Please contact us if you have questions regarding which level is best for your dancer. If a student is enrolled in the improper level, ODA staff reserves the right to move the dancer to the correct level.
